By requesting services from Tobson Fleet Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all service requests, including those submitted via our website, phone, or mobile application.
Tobson Fleet Services provides mobile truck and trailer repair services in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. Services include but are not limited to:
Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic coverage area. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
Tobson Fleet Services operates an automated SMS notification program to keep customers informed of job status updates. By providing your phone number when requesting service, you consent to receive these automated text messages.
Service pricing is provided as an estimate prior to work beginning. Final charges may vary based on actual labor time, parts required, and complexity of the repair. We accept payment upon completion of service. Failure to pay may result in suspension of future service.
Parts and labor rates are subject to change without prior notice. Emergency and after-hours service calls may be subject to additional fees.
You may cancel a service request at any time prior to technician dispatch at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched to your location, a trip charge may apply to cover travel costs incurred.
Tobson Fleet Services warrants parts and labor for 30 days from the date of service under normal operating conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs performed by other parties.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue due to vehicle downtime.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
